incorrect fuse bit setting ATMEGA328PB

Hi,

in mikroC v 7.0.1 project setting i have set fuse E:0xFF, H:0xD9, L:0xFF, after write with mikroProg and next reading with MkII in Atmel Studio
fuse is E:0xFF, H:0xD9, L:0x62. It set internal oscilator not external and.

Is possible somewhere in mikroC setting "not write fuse bit" in to MCU?
