AT89S8253 in new Basic for AVR

Hi all!

After finally found appropriate compiler for my AT89S8253 I've experienced a cold shower :( !
Namely, new mikroe Basic compiler doesn't support this chipe even though it is listed. When trying to compile some simple program, I get message that the compiler misses AT89S8253.mlk file.

Any idea how to make it work?

I would appreciate any help!

Hello,
can you please give an example of your code that doesn't work. I have already used microbasic successsfully with 8253.
