Type device family into dropdown!

#1 Post by Charlie » 06 Oct 2007 14:17

OK the subject is a little hard to understand.Sorry. I was working with MBv6 the other day and I was trying to select a pic from the dropdown and for the life of me I could not fine it.....Well I did after a few minuits.I thought that if I could type in the device in the dropdown and have the compiler highlight it that that would be great. So What I am suggesting is to be able to scroll through the menu or type in the device.

Agreed.

In the dropdown they are not even sorted into one alphanumerical list, which makes it double hard to find the one you want.

A long list is a big pain when working with just 4 or 5.

Is there any way to remove chips I know I will never use?

Thanks
Tim
