LCD command delay

LCD command delay

In the LCD routine when ever a command is called there is a 5500us delay as this the maximum time a command takes.
but this is only true on some cmds like LCD_CLEAR and I think the cursor home command. But for most other commands the time is about 50us so I think it would be worth while to check what sort of LCD command it is and have an appropriate delay.
