Syntax check only option

Have a lot of sense in large projects a fast compile option to see if all is ok.
Just avoid the last steps, like linking, setting banks and updating labels.


BTW,
1) Updating labels stil remain visible after the process end.
2) the build all dont work. You must exit ide delete all the mcl files and recompile.
3) recompiling an already compiled project some times raise errors dont exist. closing ide, deleting mcl and recompiling fixes that.
