Please make file inclusion {$I ...} more reliable and straigtforward. (mP v 8.0.0.1)

Now it is not possible e.g. to place some "asm" statements in an included file.

Please make the {$I ...} action so that
- the included text is unaltered when reading it
- the result is the exactly the same as if the included text was actually
present in stead of the {$I ...} directive.
