Blue Pill - STM32F103C8T6

Given that this is extremely popular board in makers' world, it might be interesting to either redesign it in a single clicker form or to offer a breakout board/shield in form of Arduino Nano/MKR shields with 2 or maybe even 4 mikrobus ports. Single clicker seems most appealing to me in order to maintain a small footprint, but then again you already have STM32 M4 clicker so maybe a shield would be more appropriate. Reason for bringing STM32F103C8T6 in a scope is its great support in (power)Arduino community and I believe that bringing mikrobus standard to it would be beneficial for everyone.
