PCB to convert 24-30V signals to 5V for Pic inputs with pull-up/down resistors

It would be great to have an interface board which can be connected to the IDC headers of your devellopment boards (I use ready for pic).

With the board 8 inputs in the range 20-30V, should be converted to 5V for the PIC input ports (preferable with optocouplers).
Leds to show if the inputs are active would be great (but not mandatory)

The board should have pull-up or down resistors for the outputs, configuarable with Jumpers (on/off), this way there is no need for external pull-up/down resistors.

If you want to make it realy universal the outputs could be outputted to a connector as well. That hat way it could be used to drive for instance a small interface relay (if the pcb is not connected to the IDC header).
Better safe than sorry
