Next gen of PICPLC

#1 Post by Lhademmor » 16 May 2019 11:38

If You ever consider to do a revision of the PICPLC16 board, could You please consider to add 4 - 20mA I/O and a PT100 input. Audio I/O is not needed on a PLC, funny to have but not needed.
I like the idea about this board, but i really miss the 4-20mA I/O.

Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion.

I will pass this to our hardware developers.

Kind regards,

I second this. We need 4-20ma I/O for reading Analog devices, sending Analog signal for proportional Valves, Speed variators etc.

A board like this can be a sustitution of a small industrial PLC, just need mikroe to make it more industry oriented.

I'm using 4-20 clicks, but I just hope this board has this funcions integrated, or at least add mikrobus sockets (several sockets) to use the 4-20 click.

I just wish I could use a board like this to make small proyects on a easy way, but without this analogs I/O I dont see a full potential board.

Please make it happen!!

Thanks.
