Support of Microchip ICD2

As Microchip ICD2 as the possibility to upgrade its own software, it should be possible to have compatibility between ICD2 & mikroC. (For those like me who have one) ;o)

Hi,

Unfortunately the compatibility between mikroC for dsPIC and ICD2 is not planned.
mikroC for dsPIC will have it's own mikroICD, similar to mikroICD for our PIC compilers.
It will be finished soon but not for the next release.
