fail to program

fail to program

I am using dspic30F6010A I have written a program by MiKroc for dspic. I load the program by Pickit2SE.
firstly. I wrote and loaded successfully
then, I have written again and again in the same program but Pickit2SE warning:" Programming failed program memory address 0x000000"
Please help me
