Daisy-chain topologies

Hello guys!
I have a few devices, based on dsPIC and ENC28J60 chips.
Communication protocol - ModBus TCP. They works good.

My task: I need connecting these devices by Ethernet Daisy-chain topologies.

Can I making that, please? Any SW and HW changes are available.
Any info, ideas, links?
