LV PICFLASH does not load hex file

Hi There
I am reporting a problem I am having with LVPICFLASH v1.12 with mikroICD. I am using it with DSPIC 30/33 and PIC 24 version 4. I have assembled the code given in the examples with no errors but when I try to program any chips with the mE Programmer called by pressing F11 or clicking on the screen icons the LvPicFLASH program starts but the code is not loaded into the buffer. I have tried downloading both the programmer and compiler software and reinstalling them many times on differant computers but always have this problem. I am using the LV2433 module but that should not matter because with all other compilers and programmers the buffer is loaded with the code to be programmed even if there is not programmer connected. Please can you help me with this problem.
