ENC28J60 registers

Please check all ENC28J60 register from your Ethernet library's, Microchip change some registers, new datasheet is available here : http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/D ... 39662b.pdf

For example , MAADR(1 to 6) registers have now new address and with this new values, RX filters work great.
