lfsr instruction

Simulator does not differntiate between FSR registers in lfsr assembly instruction and loads always FSR0 whatever the actual chosen register. All following instructions :

lfsr FSR0,xx
lfsr FSR1,xx
lfsr FSR2,xx

change only FSR0.
