Debugger watch window buttons

The order of simulator buttons has been changed to

1. step into
2. step over
3. step out
4. run to cursor

which is not very convenient as one mostly uses step-over. More convenient would be:

1. step over
2. step into
3. step out
4. run to cursor

P.S. The buttons order should rather be the same in main window and Debugger (it isn't at the moment).

The buttons serving breakpoints - are they realy necessary in Debugger window? It's convenient to have this window small (at least narrow) and the additional buttons take space. At least please make the toolbar as in main window - without second row appearing when window is too narrow for full toolbar.
