Find dialog

#1 Post by janni » 10 Oct 2007 11:19

The small dialog window that appears after last instance of searched text in editor window was found (or when nothing was found) tends to hide behind the main window (or any other). If one misses that, searching or replacing text is no longer possible - looks like a code malfunction. Additionally, if one switches projects in such situation, a Windows exception (access violation) appears when one tries to close this, eventually found, dialog.

Ouch, it's mB, not mP forum. Editors probably behave the same...

Confirmed. Similar behavior occurs in mB, if the window is left open the editor continues to function but the cursor is no longer visible.

It doesn't actually crash.

Interestingly the message windows are listed in the taskbar.

Confirmed for MP and MB PIC and DSPIC.

In MikroC it's OK.
