Problem with GLCD_read_data ( mikrobasic avr)

You can check this sub routine . It doesn't work well
The voltage at RW is about 1.5V when call this routine ( is this logic 1 ? )

sorry ,I am wrong , there are some problem with my chip , not the compiler
