How to control the realtime clock in Mega128

How to control the realtime clock in Mega128.
I want an interupt every "Real" second
so can setup and read time on glcd display...
does it use interupts..

Hi,

If you use mikroElektronika's RTC extra board
you can use interrupts, see schematics on this page
http://www.mikroe.com/en/tools/rtc/

The schematics wasn't updated, sorry.

hi milan thanks for the reply..
i have already bought four of these rtc...
changed two for atmega i.e. resistors..,.
nicely made...
just wandered if the atmega has a built in clock/counter...
as via 32 khz crystal, and internal 8mhz for program...
just not sure...
