HEXIWEAR DATA FROM THE CLOUD - ERROR RECEIVING IT

Hello,

I am trying to access accelerometer and gyroscope data from the cloud in CSV format. The manual says to login to wolksense but the link goes to Wolkabout and it always says that the credentials are incorrect. Whereas the same credentials work for the mobile application. On the clickcloud platform, I am able to log in and see the data getting logged in. But, accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer data are only available to view in the dashboard. Under reports, only atmospheric temperature and room temperature data are logged and downloadable in CSV format. There is no way I could get access to the csv data of the three sensors.

Is there a way I can access accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer data from the device or cloud in csv/json/txt format?
