mikrommb for PIC18FJ v1.05 schematics?

Anyone have this pdf somewhere? I have several of these (v1.05 hardware) and the downloaded examples are for v1.10. The pinout defines are all changed, the demo don't work. Cannot find any archive of 1.05 hardware examples or schematics. Thanks for your help!
