CODEGRIP Suite for MacOS Question

#1 Post by jmestrada » 03 Jan 2020 00:50

Greetings, and thank you for now supporting the CODEGRIP Suite under MacOS.

I have a question about what version of MacOS this new release supports. I've installed it on my MacBook Pro, which is currently running High Sierra 10.13. Upon installing the suite software, I am not able to use the software. Will the software support MacOS 10.13? When I attempt to launch the CODEGRIP_SUITE.app, I get the following error message:

"You have macOS 10.13.6. The application requires macOS 10.14 or later."

Thanks

Hi,

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this problem.

The issue seems to be similar to the one that was solved with the NECTO Studio update 1.0.1 (reported by you), so I will notify our developers ASAP.

Regards,
Filip.
