Some fixes i'd like to see

I've had version 4 and now 5. The following are problems in both.

When creating a new project, I enter clock speed as 117.920000. When it creates the project, it changes it to 117.000092.

Shortly after I create a new project, mikroBasic pushes my processor to maximum, with mikroBasic using 99% processor speed. The only way to stop this is to save my new project, and exit, which causes Exception: EAccessViolation in module mikroBasicDsPic.exe at 001364D0. Access violation at address 005364D0 ...

Once I restart, everything is fine. I thought it might just be a problem with my computer, since nobody else has posted this trouble, but I've loaded it on 3 different computers, and they all do the same thing.
