Why the "MicroC PRO" not support STLINK and
the "microProg" yes.

Hi,

Welcome to the mikroE forum.

MikroE compilers for ARM support ST-Link programmer/debugger.

If you set it to default, it should recognize your mikroProg, and you should not have issues in programming/debugging while your MCU is in the list of supported MCUs by mikroProg/compiler.

Which MCU are you using, and do you have any issue in programming/debugging it?
