eeprom

hey everybody, is any one out there able to show me how to dynamically add data to the eeprom. I really need some help here my example code is below this post.
putting in data from a string is ok, but I cant get a string to accept dynamic data into another string to be loaded into eeprom.
I ve been coding for 4 days without any luck any help appreciated
