Clock Setting in Project set up window

What is the correct value to enter in the Clock setting

I use 10MHz Xtal with PLL 8 which equals 80Mhz and and instruction cycle time of 80/4 = 20Mhz (20Mips)
do I set the setting in project window as Clock = 10Mhz or 80Mhz :?
