2 wire Serial LCD Interface

Hi,

I just finished the 2 Wire LCD Interface for MikroBasic for dsPIC . Mostly ported from MikroC's MIDI project by Rich Irace.

I can confirm it's function on a dsPICPRO3 with a dsPIC30F6014A running on top of his dsP lungs . 160MHZ no problemo !
