18f47k40 config to enable IC debugging

I have recently purchased the Mikroprog for pic. I can program 18f46k22 and debug no problems however I am having difficulty doing the same with the 18F47k40. I can program ok, just cant get the IC debugging working.

Using xtal 7.3728MHZ . I cant give the exact error codes until I am at work tomorrow.

I am thinking its a oscillator config but cant nut it out, Anyone else had a similar problem.
