Unable to find device (Clicker 2 for dsPic33)

Hi all,

I bought a new clicker 2 board for dsPic33. However, I downloaded the specified .zip with the MikroBootloader, and it is not able to recognize the device any single time. Am I missing any step?

I tried with 2 different laptops, in different USB ports, and the error stays. After connecting the board, the green light turns on, and the red turns on after a couple of seconds. No matter what I do, it is always the same message: "Unable to find device: USB HID Bootloader). My laptop has Windows10 installed.

Hi,

When you turn on the board, do you see a new device in the Device Manager ?
It should be present there for 5 seconds waiting for the user to connect with it.

No, I can not see it in the Device Manager.
