Hello,
Unable to Connect to Mikromedia Pic32 (MINI-32 Board MIKROE-763)

On a new Laptop (Dell Latitude E5570, Windows 10) the mikroBootLoader was unable to connect to the PIC23 on reset or cold start.
On my older Laptop (Dell Latitude E6530, Windows 7) the mikroBootLoader there was no problem.
Both version 2.4.0.0 and Version 2.2.0.0 of the are used.

After reset or cold start, Windows displayed the message "USB Device Not Recognized", see attached file "msg_USBDeviceNotRecognized.jpg"
