Ready for PIC-Microbootloader

Dears, I have a ready for PIC board with a microcontroller (18F45k22) with bootloader. The mikroBootloader program cannot see this board. I think it may be due to the erase part or all the bootloader program. Please advice, How can I solve this problem?
