Issues with MS5607 Altimeter click on Arduino

#1 Post by westcoast_tech » 10 Aug 2018 20:25

I have gone to see several individuals about the MS5607 click - on a Uno click shield being used on an Arduino Uno R4 and nobody has yet found a way to get it working properly.
The data is all over the map. Either it is damaged or the code written is dead wrong.

What would really help is having proper source code written for your clicks for Rpi and Arduino if you are going to support those platforms. Other than that it is really not worth the energy investing with these Clicks. It is odd that Adafruit's air pressure sensors work right out of the box w/ Arduino and they provide the source code but that is a completely different type of sensor.

Very frustrating!

Hi,

For now, the situation is in favor of mikroE compilers,
but I think there will be larger and better support for Arduino and Raspb platforms in the future.

Kind regards,
Petar
