Durability Issues

The Hexiwear should be used with due care. The LCD display is extremely fragile as if it is a potato crisp.
My Hexiwear's LCD shattered after a free fall drop of about a feet high.

Hi,

If Hexiwear falls on the corner of the OLED display there is possibility that thin OLED is going to brake.

Can you please submit a ticket on our helpdesk so we can find a way to help you?
