SpeakUp Click voice recognition [other people]

I am having problems getting the SpeakUp Click module to recognise other people using the same voice command.
I am trying to use this device to turn on Runway Lights by transmitting "TWO SEVEN" on the radio.
This works when I use my voice ... but so far other people can not activate this device by saying "TWO SEVEN"
What is the solution ..?
I have increased the "Acceptance Threshold" from 15 [default] to 30 ... do I need to increase this further ?
What about the "Data Rate" adjustment ...would this make any difference ?
There are many [telephone] voice recognition devices that can accept voice commands from different people.
If SpeakUp Click can not do this ... can anyone suggest an alternative device that recognises voice commands from different people ?
