SpeakUp Click sofware not found

I have just bought a SpeakUp Click board but I can not get the software to load on page 12 of the PDF

I have spent all day on 'live chat' with Lana Arsic [Mikroe] but still no luck
I have disabled Norton Antivirus and set my User Account Control to 'OFF' but it still doesn't work
I keep getting an error message [see attached JPEG] saying "Application not found"
Can anyone help ?

Hello,

Please make sure you have installed the application as administrator (right click on the extracted exe file - run as administrator).

Have you installed it without the issue?
Use the default installation folder: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Mikroelektronika\SpeakUp".

If you can, explain better your problem, so I can manage to help.
