Net_Ethernet_Intern_PHY_Read Missing Description

Hi,

I installed Net_Ethernet_Internal Library and tried example. It works.

In example is used function Net_Ethernet_Intern_PHY_Read(). Missing description in the help of this function.
And for Net_Ethernet_Intern_PHY_Write() also.

Indeed there is lack of information in Network Ethernet Library Help file.
I'll pass this to my colleagues in charge and they will certainly try to update Network Ethernet Library Help file as soon as possible.
