If you are referring to internal MCU temperature sensor I suggest that you try following instructions provided in MCU documentation.

@khaledkhnissi, it’s fairly simple and not complicated at all. The temperature sensor is already integrated so you don’t have to worry about all the hardware issues that you are going to face. You just need to initialize the required libraries after adding them to the project and call the function for reading temperature in your required units and viola.
