Re: Heart Rate 5 click with Arduino Library
Hello,
Unfortunately, we don't provide software support for Arduino, so we don't have the library for it.
We write the libraries for our compilers only.
However, I can send you the source code of the Heart rate 5 click board, so you can try to write your project for Arduino using this source code as a reference.
Kind regards,
Jovana

Hi Jovana,
Can you also please share some example for this sensor for your compiler i.e. AVR .So I can refer that also.

Re: Heart Rate 5 click with Arduino Library
Is there any other helper code available? I am trying to interface the heart rate click with arduino.
Also, how can I open the .mpkg files to view the example code? Do I need to download the IDE?

Hello,
Unfortunately, we don't provide software support for Arduino, but maybe the code from the attachment will help you.
Regarding the .mpkg file, you need to install the Package Manager and after that, you will be able to open this file:
https://www.mikroe.com/package-manager

Re: Heart Rate 5 click with Arduino Library
On opening Avr library using the Package Manager, I get the error "microbasic Pro for AVR" is not installed. I think the compiler is not available for free. Is there any other way to open these files or I am missing something.
Thanks for the driver files, is there a main file that I can use? So, that I can see which functions are needed to obtain raw PPG waveform.

Re: Heart Rate 5 click with Arduino Library
Hi,
From the following link, you can install demo version of mikroBasic for AVR compiler, but there is a limit of 2000 programming words:
https://download.mikroe.com/setups/comp ... p-v701.zip
Also, on our GitHub, you can find the code for Heart rate click board which you can use as a reference to write your project for Arduino:
https://github.com/MikroElektronika/Cli ... e_MAX30100
Regarding the files which I sent you for Arduino, I didn't test it, I only find it in my archive, so maybe it will help you with your project.
Kind regards,
Jovana
