mikroprog for avr NOT attiny85 program

I bought mikroprog for avr a long time ago, I have read the instructions manual of the programmer configuration pins, I have tried to program the attiny85, but the application shows a message access denied because there is no hardware communication, and I have carefully checked the programmer connector and together with the manual of each configuration pin and the application the same message comes out.
I am considering this programmer to be a scam.
If someone can help me I would be so thankful.

Have you installed drivers correctly ?
Have you tried using other USB port/hub ?

In the attached file, see an image of the drivers installed in Windows 10.
Another thing that I have discovered the avrflash application must be run as administrator in windows 10 to work correctly and schedule the avr.
If the avrflash application is not run as administrator in windows 10, the application fails with the message there is no communication with the hardware and reinstall the drivers.
