mikroProg Suite for FT90X: "Verify Failed"

Just bought a "mikroProg for FT90x" but keep getting the "Verify Failed" error message whenever I try to write my BIN file to chip.

I'm able to detect MCU and erase an already existing program on the device with my mikroProg.

I can program my target device using the same binary file and a different programmer.

Programming Software: "mikroProg_Suite_For_FT90x_v110"
Drivers: "CDM v2.12.00 WHQL Certified.exe"

Currently I suspect it's due to writing it in eclipse and compiling it with gcc.
