Problem with mikroProg

I am trying to program PIC16F688 using mikroprog v2.90. Works just fine on my Windows 10 computer. I have a new Windows 11 computer and can load desired hex file into the programmer and modify data memory. However, when I attempt to program PIC I get the following message "Development tool not detected". I don't know what to do; any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you please attach schematics and detailed photo of your hardware setup ?

I updated MikroProgSuite to 2.90 and now I get the same message.IF I revert back to MikroProgSuite 2.80 then I can connect.
