#1 Post by arvinfx » 19 Sep 2021 14:32

HI,

I am using PICflach2 ICD programmer. and want to program a PIC16F819 . I can program each chip only once !!! I have tried on 2 brand new chips and one I had before and was for another project but same result!
Both power type checked ( with usb and external ) same result.

Try putting a pull-down resistor from PGM pin (RB3 pin 9) to ground

Anything 1k Ohms to 10K Ohms should do

This will prevent the PIC from going into low-voltage-programming mode.
Start every day with a smile...... (get it over with) :)
