AVR Flash error on Windows 10 64bit !!!

After almost a year of using AVR Flash, today I tried to use it again to write an Attiny85, but it didn't work. In what sense, AVR Flash (latest version) opens, I can load .hex, but after I give the write command, the soft loading bar simply does not move! If I try to read the MCU, the verification is completed successfully. I tried several MCUs. The result is the same.

I own a PC system with Windows 10 64bit (version 1909, OS 18363.836). I tried to use both "Easy AVR 6" PCB and mikroC for AVR board, and the result is also. I also checked the driver, and in the Windows management menu, it shows: USB18F Firmware 1.20.

Please, a little help.
