Updating a MikroICD?

Is there any way to firmware-update a MikroICD? If it can't "bootload" I have another programmer I could use.

I realise it couldn't support all new PICs but support for newer 5V parts would be handy.

Unfortunately, there is no firmware upgrade available for EasyPIC4 board.
