mikroProg, Easy Pic Fusionv7 PIC MZ not programming

I have just purchased a new EasyPic Fusion v7 with a PIC32MZ2048EGH114
Windows 10 64Bit system
I am having an issue programming via the mikroProg, I simply get no response from microProg Suite.
The programmer is connected and seen in MPS, however it looks as this is a PICMZ issue as:-

If I select a different PICMZ I get nothing no errors I can press, Read, Write, Erase anything all I see is, Operation flickers to 'Programming', 'Erase' ect. for a fraction of a second then back to 'None'

This is the same if I connect MIKROE-764 programmer also.

However, If I try any other PIC like from the PICMX family, I get the correct error message Device detected: Unknown!
I have ordered another MCU card with a PICMX to clarify the issue.

Hi,
Please provide us with a screenshot of the error.
Does the mikroPROG detect the ICD on board?
Do you have a red USB icon in the bottom of the mikroPROG suite or is it grayed-out?

Have you tried to run the mikroPROG Suite with Administrator's rights?
Right click on the mikroPROG's shortcut on the desktop and click on the
Run as administrator.
