I can't program a dsPIC33FJ128GP802 with Mikro Prog

Dear,

When i want program the dsPIC33FJ128GP802 with Mikro Prog it fails the whole time.
If I deselect the CODE en Executive then I can program
Can someone tell me what the problem is?
