ATMEGA328P programming error

i was working on Atmega32 programming with AVR Flash with some problems
But i have tried to read an 328P with the programmer But it says
Device Cant synchronized
i have tried to erase & read the Atmega328P
my 328 was working but after reading it on avr flash its dead & i cant burn bootloader to it again

any solution ?
& i need a clear guide to program a new Atmega328 without damaging it
