STM32F103C

Dear colleagues!
Help me, please! Tell me the link for the HID bootloader for STM32F103C8T6 (mPascal). Or tell me how to configure the source code available in the package for STM32f107. I'm just starting to learn STM microcontrollers.

P.S. Forgot to say that I use the oscillator 8 MHz HSE.

Thanks for the document. It is big and wery important. But tell me however, how do I adapt it to my task l for STM32f103C rework from the example supplied with the compiler, but for STM32f107?
After all, to the program code, for example, all addresses are calculated automatically, all the timing is set in the same way as I have in my application working program. And, it would seem, there is nothing to correct. But it doesn't work...
