Codegrip broken

Hi,

My codegrip for arm got broken. It was simply connected to the USB port of my PC and it started to get hot while it was not in use...
I open it and discovered that there is U8 that is abnormally hot.
Can you give me the part number so i will replace it by myself or can i ship it to uE for repairs ?
