Hello.
On the page https://www.mikroe.com/mikrobasic-arm,
if you enter STM32F070 in the selection field of the microcontroller,
then we see that all four have 64 pin.
It will be right:
------------------Pin--Flash---Ram
STM32F070C6 48 32 6144
STM32F070CB 48 128 16384
STM32F070F6 20 32 6144
STM32F070RB 64 128 16384
